Questions

Workforce housing, answered.

Don't see your question? Send us a note — we usually reply the same day.

What is workforce housing?

Workforce housing is quality, practical housing for the people who keep a community running — nurses and medical staff, skilled trades, contractors and traveling professionals. Our homes are set up for working people on assignment, with flexible terms from a week to a year.

Do you offer furnished rentals for traveling nurses?

Yes. Our furnished rooms rent by the week, so they line up easily with 13-week travel nursing and allied health contracts — with full kitchens, shared living space and washer/dryer.

What stay lengths are available?

Our current homes rent private rooms by the week, with your first week paid up front. Stay a week or stay for your whole contract — just keep renewing weekly. Call (352) 801-2020 to discuss longer stays.

Where are your homes located?

We currently have homes in Orlando and Umatilla, with more coming to Apopka and Leesburg. Join the waitlist on our contact page to hear first.

Can my company book housing for our crew or staff?

Yes. Hospitals, staffing agencies and contractors can reserve one room or several. Call (352) 801-2020 to set up employer billing, or see our For Employers page.

Do you offer parking for work trucks and trailers?

Yes — our Umatilla home offers truck, trailer and equipment parking for $50 per week, available to residents.

What do I need to apply?

A short application, a government ID, and details about your assignment (employer or agency and dates). Requirements for longer leases may include screening; we'll walk you through it.
